  1. Can I request more revisions?

    Sure! We're happy to make as many revisions as you like. Each new site comes with one free revision cycle, however, should you require additional changes, we’ll bill at our hourly rate of $65/hour.

  2. Can you design a logo for me?

    Yes! Every brand needs an impactful logo. We offer custom logo design on request. Please contact us for more details.

  3. I don’t have copy for my site. Can you help?

    Of course! We’ll work with one of our talented partners to develop quality copy for your site. Feel free to contact us for more details.

  4. What if I don’t have photos?

    No sweat! We can source stock photography for you. Please contact us for more information. If you need custom photography however, you’ll need to find a professional photographer in your region.

  5. Do you offer customer support?

    Yes! Contact us with any questions you may have. If you have any Squarespace-related questions, we’d suggest you contact their awesome support team. They offer free 24/7 support.

  6. When do I pay?

    For new sites, we require a 70% deposit before we kick-off the project. Once the site is complete, we’ll issue an invoice for the 30% balance.

    For site maintenance or tweaks, we’ll give you an estimated number of hours before work begins. We always keep an open line of communication, so if we see that we need more time to complete a task, we’ll notify you before working any additional hours.

  7. Do you offer refunds?

    We offer a full refund if you’re not entirely satisfied with your site.

  8. Do I need to pay Squarespace?

    Once we’ve launched your site, you’ll need to pay Squarespace an annual or monthly fee. Squarespace offer various plans for your business needs. We’ll help you pick out a plan. For more information visit the Squarespace pricing page.

  9. Do I need to purchase a domain?

    Squarespace offers a free custom domain on plans that are paid annually. If you already have a domain, we can either transfer it to Squarespace, or connect it to Squarespace for you. Visit Squarespace support for more information.

  10. Do I need another web host?

    All Squarespace plans include fully-managed cloud hosting, with unlimited bandwidth and storage. If you already host with a third-party provider, you can either transfer your domain to Squarespace, or leave it with your current provider and connect it to your Squarespace site.

  11. How do I accept payments with Squarespace commerce?

    Squarespace integrates with Stripe and sends credit card payments directly to your bank account. Please note that Stripe is only supported in certain countries. You can also include Apple Pay, and PayPal as payment methods during checkout.

  12. What if my site was built in Squarespace developer mode?

    We don’t support any sites built in Squarespace Developer mode. We recommend taking a look at Squarespace’s list of specialists if you need any help on your custom Squarespace site.

  13. What types of websites do you build?

    We use Squarespace to build personal sites, business sites, commerce sites, and blogs. If you require bespoke design and functionality for a website or web application, please contact us.

  14. Do you offer email accounts?

    You can purchase email accounts via G Suite email for your Squarespace domain.

  15. What else can you help me with?

    You name it, we’re on it! We offer many services that’ll go hand-in-hand with your new site; from custom illustration and graphics, to automated email campaigns triggered by your Squarespace blog.

  16. What about integrations?

    Squarespace has a long list of official integrations. Your Squarespace monthly or annual subscription includes most integrations. However, services like G Suite, Xero, ShipStation, or certain MailChimp plans, are paid subscriptions.

  17. What is the free revision cycle?

    Once we’re finished your site, we show it to you and give you the opportunity to tell us if there’s anything you’d like changed. If so, we then tweak the site according to your requests at no additional charge.

  18. What if you go over the number of hours estimated for maintenance?

    We always keep an open line of communication. If we see we need more time to complete a task, we’ll notify you before working additional hours.

  19. What is not included in the new website pricing?
